Global Data Services, Program Manager 

What you'll do:

• Drive cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations
• Identify gaps between teams, process and systems
• Define the problem, set objectives, analyze data and drive quantifiable improvements
• Collaborate with operation managers, program managers and business leaders on requirements definition, resource prioritization and program implementation
• Design, audit and continuously improve processes:
• Design process and document end-to-end execution SOPs
• Train the Data Services team (100+ associates) on these new processes
• Monitor Key performance indicators (KPIs) against established Service levels to identify areas for improvements
• Improve organization overall productivity, whilst reducing cost-to-serve
• Decompose complex task into standardized, automatable processes
• Identify process sub-components
• Simplify and standardize processes in order to reduce context and experience required to execute task
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to automate processes.

 What you'll need:

• BA/BS degree with 5+ years of work experience (preferably in project management, logistics or operations, or related field)
• Demonstrated experience leading and owning cross-function programs
• Experience with data mining and analysis 
• Experience with analytical tools (preferably SQL)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
