The opportunity:

We're looking for a Warehouse Manager in Singapore to join our Global Consolidation Network Team in Asia. This individual will lead a team that manages all Air, LCL, and Transload activities within our future Singapore and Southeast Asia Warehouses. You will:

• Develop and implement processes and systems in new Flexport Warehouse/s with emphasis on improving quality and efficiency
• Day-to-day management of floor operations ensuring flawless execution managed by metrics and strict SLAs - motivate the team to do their best work
• Utilize data to identify bottlenecks, institute corrective action plans and drive performance based culture
• Ensure compliance with appropriate governmental regulations, company policies and compliance requirements
• Work closely with Flexport global operations teams and serve as a local escalation focal point for clients and partners
• Explore, implement and drive standardized process strategies and improvements for all Warehouse operations and freight movements, leading to maximum growth, a great customer experience and optimal efficiency Actively contribute to the definition and implementation of proprietary software requirements across the Flexport Warehouse network, leading to a fully tech driven process with complete data transparency
• Build relationships and share best practices with the global Warehouse community 
• Track and manage the Warehouse P&L to ensure financial accuracy and transparency
• Actively investigate and share optimal logistics and supply chain solutions for deconsolidation (import) and consolidation (export) within the Flexport Networksecond-level internal and external escalations

You should have:

• Bachelor Degree or above;
• Minimum 5 years of prior experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Freight Forwarding, preferably in Southeast Asia
• Experience running a bonded CFS (Air and Ocean LCL)
• Ocean LCL knowledge
• Process oriented, structured thinker and strong problem-solving capabilities
• Strategic thinking and ground floor execution - no job is too big or too small
• Analytical - uses data to make decisions and drive performance
• Excellent communication (written & oral), interpersonal, and organizational skills
