Flexport is experiencing massive growth with 2000+ Flexporters across 14 global offices. And we’re just getting started. We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding team!
Our Recruiting Coordinators are key partners in managing recruiting activities and building relationships. You will provide candidates with their first impression of Flexport by being the face of Recruiting to both remote and onsite candidates curating their candidate experience. And will work directly with our dynamic team of recruiters to manage recruiting operations.This includes coordination, scheduling and managing the interview process to name but a few things!
No two days are the same in the fast paced ever changing role. You will spend your time supporting the team, pivoting your style according to the needs of the business. You will be scheduling phone / video / onsite interviews, initial phone screens, providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email. You will use our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to update candidate information, job descriptions and job postings on various job boards. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in Graduate recruitment and should you be interested will be trained to source candidates!
You will have exposure to stakeholders across the globe and key to your success will be your amazing communication skills and ability to provide world class candidate experience. You will be key to building and promoting the Flexport employer brand across Europe.
WHAT You'll need:
- Phenomenal communication skills and exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. You will work with senior leadership candidates.
- Calendar management skills. Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks
- Adaptability & Initiative: you’re always looking to try new things and you welcome feedback about your work
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Google Applications
- Experience scheduling or using an ATS ( Greenhouse would be a plus)
- Fanatical levels of attention to detail
- Humility. No task is too big or too small
Previous experience supporting a fast paced recruitment function would be preferred. But don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes we are mostly we are looking for a coordinator that that is excited by the prospect of building an incredible organisation of talented individuals and can work at pace!
