Senior Product Manager, Customs
Flexport's mission is to make global trade easier for everyone. We’re doing this by building the operating system for global trade — a technology and analytics platform on which logistics infrastructure and supply chain expertise operate. We are solving complex problems at global scale and disrupting a multi-trillion dollar industry that remains stubbornly unchanged.
Paying duties and getting permission to move goods across borders is a major part of the logistics puzzle. We help customers pay the right amount of duties (taxes) and move their goods frictionlessly across borders all over the world. Our product aims to support the timely, accurate exchange of information with customs agencies all over the globe. It's impactful and — when done right — can save companies millions of dollars while getting their products to their customs faster.
We're looking for a skilled product manager to take on automating workflows for North America customs focused especially on the United States — one of Flexport’s essential initiatives. Our team mission is to make one of the hardest parts of trade — customs — fast, easy, and unrivaled in its accuracy. In this role, you will play a key part in solving some of the toughest challenges in the industry.
