Phone Screen

Learn more about the role and the team, and ask any questions you may have. We want to get to know you, but we also want you to get to know Flexport.

Hiring Manager Phone Screen

This conversation will dive deeper into your relevant experience. If you don’t have this stage, you’ll still have a chance to speak with the manager during your interview.

Face-to-Face Interviews & Assignment

Whether virtually or in-person, we want to meet you, and you us. You might also have the chance to show off your skills in an assignment.

Offer

At this stage, if we offer you the role, we’ll provide you with all of the information you need, including compensation and benefits, to make a decision. We hope you join us!
